Exam that made me mad....

The exam last week and yesterday was a nightmare!!!!

And there is one question which I feel mad about the most....

(That time, I was positive that "III" is one of the correct answer. But I don't know about the rest. So I going for the choices and see if there is any chance for me to get the answer by only know one of them. I thought even if I can't get the answer, I might probably reduce the choices so my chance of "shooting the star" will be higher. BUT.........)
